Dragons & Daffodils Cakes, established in 1999 by Rhianydd Webb in Pontypridd, South Wales, has built a reputation for crafting beautiful, bespoke wedding cakes and teaching cake decorating skills. Over the years, Rhianydd created more than 3,000 wedding cakes, many garnering awards and features in magazines. While Dragons & Daffodils no longer accepts commissions for cakes, Rhianydd remains dedicated to teaching and demonstrating sugarcraft, especially flowers and figures, with classes offered both locally and internationally. The business is renowned for its woodland and whimsical cake designs, and Rhianydd has contributed to noteworthy projects, such as the Platinum Jubilee Cake for Her Majesty the Queen.
