Catering is prepared by students training towards professional cookery qualifications in state-of-the-art central production kitchens, as well as by graduates of The Clink’s rehabilitation programs. Menus feature fresh, seasonal, and locally sourced ingredients, including produce from The Clink Gardens. The organization emphasizes sustainability and social responsibility, working in partnership with charities such as Centrepoint to support vulnerable people and graduates of its training schemes. The service can accommodate events ranging from intimate gatherings to dinners for up to 1,000 guests, tailoring offerings to clients’ specific needs.
