Wedding Cakes in Lancashire

Finding wedding cake designers in Lancashire

Lancashire reaches from the Forest of Bowland AONB in the east to the Fylde coast in the west, with a venue circuit that includes converted mills, priory houses and country estates. The wedding cake designers listed here are spread across the area, with the strongest concentrations in Preston and Lancaster; Blackpool and Chorley tend to attract wedding cake designers who focus on Fylde coast and seaside-hotel venue events. Wedding cakes typically run from £350 to £1,200 for a three-tier design, with price rising for fresh flowers, detailed piping, and larger guest counts.

Because Lancashire borders Greater Manchester, West Yorkshire and Cumbria, plenty of wedding cake designers based here cover those counties without travel charges — useful if your venue sits on a county line. Ask whether the designer delivers and sets up the display themselves, and confirm the delivery window with your venue coordinator — late arrivals can clash with room turnaround between ceremony and reception. Tasting consultations are standard with most designers; use them to confirm flavour combinations for each tier rather than settling on a single flavour across the whole cake.
